To help us ensure that we maintain this high level of customer service we use the independent rating service called Feefo as a mechanism to allow our customers to provide feedback on our performance. Not only does this service provide details on how our customers rate their shopping experience with us, but it can also provide ratings on product performance too, so you get to see the complete picture in terms of buying central heating products through us.
Each year Feefo provide awards for those companies that have maintained a high rating, which means that the company in question has consistently achieved a good level of service to their customers. This is a coveted award and hard to achieve, so we do our very best to maintain this level of service as a minimum to our customers.
To achieve the Feefo Gold Trusted Service 2018 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews over the previous year, and also achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5. At Mr Central Heating we are pleased to have achieved this accolade this year and have been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award.
