Coronavirus (Covid–19) update.
Here at Mr Central Heating, we are monitoring the Covid-19 situation on a daily basis. We are balancing the government’s request that we keep essential supply lines open for key equipment, whilst managing staff needs and safety.

Our order admin office is open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday 8am to 12:00 and we are closed on Sunday.
With this at the forefront of our minds, we are prioritising the delivery of products that will affect heating and hot water, as a basic need in this difficult time. We are doing this to support the plumbing and heating key workers, and trade specialists to ensure they can provide the vital service where it is most needed.
We will be accepting all orders that you would like to place, but we will require all orders to confirm one of two choices at checkout.
A. The order I am placing is urgent. I am a member of the trade and this order means that a household is without heating or hot water. I would appreciate a delivery as soon as possible.
B. My order is not urgent, and I understand that my delivery will be scheduled as soon as you can, but is not a priority. I also understand that my order may take some time to be delivered but that I will be advised of this prior to delivery.
Whilst we understand you may feel your order is urgent, please ask yourself before confirming; ‘Am I stopping someone who really needs this now,’ before selecting option A. We will try to work on non-urgent orders around urgent orders where timescale and geographic location permits but will advise you by email or phone when this might happen. We appreciate your help and co-operation in these difficult times as you help us to help you stay warm and clean.
Collect in store orders.
Currently, each store has systems in place to restrict customer contact and these vary from site to site. This is to protect both staff and customers. Please call your local store to find out their procedure before ordering for collect in store.
We would also like to remind you that we will not be collecting returns during this time, so please check your goods upon delivery. Where possible, without touching the delivery, look at all labels and if something is incorrect please advise the driver immediately. If you have items that you do not need, that have not been removed from the original packaging, we will be extending the free returns period until we are better placed to sort logistics. The items must be in a clean, sealed and re-saleable state still, and are your responsibility until they are collected or returned.
