Prize
Our prize draw and competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
The prize list includes the following:
- 2 x M12 Radio Charger DAB+
- 2 x M12 Heated Jacket
- 11 x M12 Hydropass Brushed Stick Water Pump
- 55 x Tape Measure Stud 2 (5m)
- 55x Cut A Cloves
Mr Central Heating will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all within Mainland UK, except employees of Mr Central Heating, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
Entrants must be over 18. Entry includes following Mr Central Heating on Instagram, liking the post relating to the giveaway and tagging at least one person within the trades industry. Winners must also be able to travel to their nearest branch to collect their prize.
In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
The Draw
A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 1st November 2023.
The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and may be asked to provide an email address for correspondence. Winners will be contacted within 7 days of being chosen and must attend a branch to collect their prize. If a winner does not respond within 2 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Mr Central Heating reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
We reserve the right to share the winner to our social pages for promotional purposes.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, we, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Mr Central Heating, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
Mr Central Heating is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by us for marketing purposes.
