Product Questions
Are your products guaranteed?

Yes all our products come with a guarantee.

Guarantees or warranties vary, by product and manufacturer.

All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year (radiators 10 years, copper tube 25 years) but many offer longer warranties from the manufacturer, which you may need to register for.

On each product, under the specification tab, you will find more information on the guarantee or Warranty.

Follow links through to various manufacturers sites, as each manufacturer will have its own terms and conditions for qualifying for longer warranties.

You do not want to miss out by getting the wrong installer for some boilers etc.

As Boilers and radiators are installed by third parties, they do have to install in compliance with regulations and manufacturer standards to get the full benefit of the warranty.

As long as these ar fulfilled, you will get the maximum life and support from your new purchase.

Can I use the Grundfos circulating pump to replace the faulty one in my boiler?

It is not a good idea to asume anything about the pump in a boiler.

Whilst the pump in your Combi or system boiler may have "Grundfos" on it, Grundfos make boiler specific pumps for the major boiler manufacturers.

They do this so that they can fit into the casing as they have been designed.

If you consult the boiler manual it will have a parts list in it, which will help you identify the correct pump.

I need a replacement central heating domestic pump. Present on is a series 4, UK7509, 4.35/130 type what is the latest equivelent pump?

Circulating pumps have undergone a lot of energy efficiency changes recently.

If you currently have a 35/130 standard domestic circulating pump, it would probably suit a Grundfos Alpha 2 15-50 130.

The Grundfos ALPHA2 L is an advanced energy efficient domestic circulator that meets EuP legislative requirements.

This makes it an ideal choice for a variety of domestic circulation heating systems. But I do advise talking to a heating engineer to ensure the changes wont affect your set up.
