Product Questions
Does the white 1600 x 600 towel warmer come complete with blanking plug, air vent and wall mounting brackets?
Yes all the Revive towel warmers come complete with the blanking plug, air vent bleed valve and wall mounting brackets. You will only need to purchase the radiator valves and any accessories like towel bar, towel ring or towel hook separately.

Can a trv be fitted to a towel rail
A TRV can be fitted to any radiator, however it is normal practice that 1 radiator on the system (usually in the bathroom) has 2 manual valves instead of a TRV and a manual valve. This is so that if the TRV's on the other radiators were to fail to open or when the boiler reaches the set temperature and the pump kicks in the water can still circulate around 1 radiator preventing the pump from being damaged. Also in rooms that are often humid such as a bathroom or showroom, manual valves may be a better option to consider as humidity can provide TRV’s with false readings.

How can I work out which size radiators I need?

Our BTU Calculator tool will help you identify suitable radiators for the specific room(s) in question.

As a guide, in our experience we’ve found the typical room size of the average 3 bedroomed house requires the following radiator sizes:

Lounge = 1400 x 600 double
Dining room = 1200 x 600 double
Kitchen = 900 x 600 double
Bedroom 1 = 1400 x 600 single
Bedroom 2 = 1200 x 600 single
Bedroom 3 = 900 x 600 single
Bathroom = 600 x 600 double

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes all our products come with a guarantee.

Guarantees or warranties vary, by product and manufacturer.

All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year (radiators 10 years, copper tube 25 years) but many offer longer warranties from the manufacturer, which you may need to register for.

On each product, under the specification tab, you will find more information on the guarantee or Warranty.

Follow links through to various manufacturers sites, as each manufacturer will have its own terms and conditions for qualifying for longer warranties.

You do not want to miss out by getting the wrong installer for some boilers etc.

As Boilers and radiators are installed by third parties, they do have to install in compliance with regulations and manufacturer standards to get the full benefit of the warranty.

As long as these ar fulfilled, you will get the maximum life and support from your new purchase.
