Mr Central Heating has won the Feefo Gold Service award, an independent seal of excellence for businesses that deliver the best customer experience, rated by consumers themselves. It also won it in 2017 and 2018, marking it the 3rd straight year. Mr Central Heating met the minimum criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews in 2018 and averaging a Feefo service rating of over 4.5 Allan Pierce from Mr Central Heating commented: “We’re thrilled to receive this award for the 3rd year running from Feefo. It recognises how hard we’ve been working to give great experiences to all our customers, who are the most important judges of what we do.” Thanks to our customers, since 1966 we’ve sold over 3 million boilers, 15 million radiators and probably enough copper tube to go around the world several times! Our Feefo Gold service award goes in line with what our business aims to do all around and was a natural progression to spread the word about our fantastic value-for-money products and deals to a wider audience. The business has been built on personal relationships with customers through our various branches, as well as through telephone orders and online orders. And it’s supported by an incredibly knowledgeable team, with an average career span of 24 years working for Mr Central Heating. We have a fleet of 65 vans that deliver all over the country from our various branches. Our drivers have in-depth knowledge of our products and are happy to share that with customers.
