But if you don’t want 7, simply select NOT REQUIRED for those you don’t need and you'll receive a £15 reduction for each one.

Who do I speak to for someone to come and repair a boiler under warranty?

If your boiler is sill under warranty you will need to call the boiler manufacturer on the dedicated number in the back of the manual. The manufacturer will then arrange for one of their engineers to visit your property and fix or replace any parts under the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.

When calling the manufacturer to book an engineers visit please make sure to have the following information -

Address where the boiler is installed
Boiler serial number (which can be found on the in the back of the manual which the installer should have filled out or on the information plate inside the casing of the boiler.)
A description of the fault

Does the boiler and radiator package deals come with a mechanical timer

The boilerand radiator package deals only come with a timer if it is already built-in to the boiler like on the Potterton Gold and Potterton Titanium, otherwise the timer is sold separately.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes all our products come with a guarantee.

Guarantees or warranties vary, by product and manufacturer.

All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year (radiators 10 years, copper tube 25 years) but many offer longer warranties from the manufacturer, which you may need to register for.

On each product, under the specification tab, you will find more information on the guarantee or Warranty.

Follow links through to various manufacturers sites, as each manufacturer will have its own terms and conditions for qualifying for longer warranties.

You do not want to miss out by getting the wrong installer for some boilers etc.

As Boilers and radiators are installed by third parties, they do have to install in compliance with regulations and manufacturer standards to get the full benefit of the warranty.

As long as these ar fulfilled, you will get the maximum life and support from your new purchase.

What if I want a Package deal, but my radiator size isnt listed.

On each of the package deals with radiators you have to choose which radiators you want.

If you need a radiator size that is not listed in the pack, you will need to choose the "Item not required" option for one of the radiators.

This will discount your package deal by £15, allowing you to then add any radiator to your basket that you need from all the sizes in our radiators section.

Please note, this cannot be used on the MEGADEAL package as this package deal is a fixed set of choices.
