About me Hello I'm Nathaniel Denny, I contract with British gas, Landlords and letting agents; as does some of our engineer. After working in the domestic plumbing and heating industry for 16yrs, I still have a drive and a passion for what I do. Heat firm ltd was an idea of mine whilst working as a quality control inspector, for a company contracting for councils and housing associations.I wrote a business plan focused on quality of service, offering Boiler and heating cover care maintenance contracts.A lot of my spare time and focus, has been on our websites. I worked with many developers over the last 5yrs, to get our systems online.We now have an online system that manages all our customer, bookings and engineers; so reports are done and accessed in real time.And we've got an Instant affiliation system, giving our clients and customers earning power through our Sharing and Caring program.Now that's enough about myself, find out what we do, and thanks for your time.
